yes finally it's friday. my computing project was assessed earlier, got an A+ =D. though i always wanted an A++ but still good enough i think. at least i didnt copy anyone, unlie those PRCs who copy each other and all got caught. heh. anyways, just had my lab oral exam too, it was quite bad i think. i couldnt answer most of the questions, and i was damn stone so i think the assessor is quite pissed with me. but who cares? this is the last chance that im working with my cheena lab partner!! WOOHOOO! it's celebration!! this is the day i've been waiting for all these while! FREEDOM!! wahaha. even though i still have one more radio design to do and it's due next week. argh. but at least im more relieved now. :)

alright, back to the main point. i wanted to share with you guys what i've experienced for major event. haha. i've uploaded the songs so enjoy them. i really think there are so many talents in singsoc, and these songs are really written from scratch by Gabriel Cheong and Chen Ziyang. my favourite song is 'Would I Ever'. this song is very emo, and somehow i love emo songs. =X. many people say that im emo, but i dont deny that.

A real man show his feelings and emotions; he dare to show others what he feels, how he feels and why he feels; a real man doesnt hide his feelings. so there isnt any wrong to show your emotions! yes that is what i feel. haha. but a real man doesnt let emotions affect him in his performance and work. okay this is getting a little gay.

Anyways, about Major Event 2008 - Our Island lah!, here's the summary:
Act 1:
when Sang Nila Utama first stepped onto this Island called 'Temasek', and he encountered a beast, not sure if it's a lion/tiger. this is a song during this scene:

Act 2:
After Raffles founded Singapore, many immigrants came to Sinagapore and this include the 'Samsui' women then. This song is about the the 'Samsui' and how they really feel then:

When the japanese invaded Singapore, there was a love story within it. This song is about a japanese general, Yamato, who fell in love with a local girl called Ai Lin:

Then after the japanese occupation was merger. this is the best scene for the entire musical. i like this song alot too, it is very revolutionary:

Act 3:
This is the period of separation with Malaya then. the song that represents the people's heart:
