yes. after much research. i realised htc touch dual can be enabled with wifi and maybe even gps. on par with cruise eh? and it's much nicer than cruise.

solution: check is the phone has the required antenna. if it does, there is some hacking to the phone to do. if not, buy a micro wifi SD card and it will work perfectly theorectically!

ps. sorry to disappoint u jac, but htc touch dual CAN have wifi. =P!
