of orange and purples.

had my club (ULU canoe polo club) christmas dinner last night. and it was AWESOME! might be the effects of 1 pint of peeterman artois and several glasses of red. the dinner was great. good photographer, who is me?! haha. had to borrow my friend's flash for the event. kinda new to using flash, but got used to it later. but i still prefer flashless photography. anw the food was great, and company was great. i must say that this is the first time i really enjoyed myself after a long while. i love the english culture for formal dinners. we can don our formals, tuxedos, suit etc etc. it's really fun walking around the streets in your tux without weird glares from the people on the streets.

after the dinner, we went to a club called cheers. well, the guy offered us £5 for ticket per person, but one of my friends refuses to go in cos he said 'we can get into any club cos we dressed so well!' then later the guy just offered to give us £2 tickets since there were 20+ of us. AWESOME. £2 entry. the only problem is my camera, i have to chuck it somewhere. have to hide it in my friend's bag so hopefully it won't get lost. the drinks were expensive. all i bought was just a bottle of smirfnoff ice. but someone bought me a bottle a beer after that. the night was great. fun people, great music. seriously good music. it was like 70% pop/r&b and 30% mambo! :)

reached home at 3ish. and woke up ard 1. then i realised i still got work to do. another week of school. now i know why all my friends were so happy last night, cos it was their last day of school for them! damn imperial. alright one more week of school. time to do some work before my lab partner kill me. haha.
