time for a closure.

it's been 10 days since my holidays started. (YES FINALLY!)

let's recapped. the last week of school was like the hell week. sleeping at 5/6am everyday and wake up at 9 for school. the last days was the most dramatic. rushing to complete the 2 projects, i slept at half-past 5. then guess what. i had a test at 10 am in the morning and i didn't wake up until 10.25 when my lab partner text/call me. i jumped out of my bed (literally) and ran to school. was 5 mins late but luckily it was a online test. then after that submitted the projects, after showing my lab partner hard work the night before. :) then it was time for a pint and celebration! woo! then after that went home for an intentionally an hour of nap. ended 2. woke up. then rushed to the book shop and bought the xmas cards. rush it through for the next 1.5 hrs. (sorry ppl i have to rush it cos i really didnt have time to do it earlier). then it was time to leave for the coach station. rush to the post office and realised it's closed! went to the coach station, bought stamps from the WHSmith and posted them all. i think i overpaid for the stamps. damn. oh well, hope u guys have received the cards. :)

then when i reached the coach station, i realised EVERYONE was waiting for me. right. it was quite funny cos when i reached, then the organiser just announced to the entire group: "youcai's here, let's go". okay that was quite embarrassing. then the 16 hrs coach/ferry ride. then vuala! reached the ski resort. good skiing for the next 7 days. IT WAS AWESOME. the real white xmas i have been dreaming for. it snowed the whole day on xmas day and it was really a good day cos i conquered the BLACK slope. ok basically the mountains have different grades of slope, starting from green being the easiest then blue, red then BLACK. yes. after skiiing is just so addictive. im now contemplating whether to go for Mastery skiiing (there 5 levels, mastery being the third) next year, or should i go and learn snowboarding next. oh well, we shall see. :)

so reached back to london on the 28th morning. went home, unpacked, do laundry and took a nap. went to hillsong after that. i dont know why but there was something that i wanted to know, and i somehow ended up there. then i realised it was the last service of the year. and the next service will be in the new year of 2009.

then last night we had an oriental night. i made hainanese chicken rice (bringing the hainanese in me) and we had hokkien mee, roti prata, bak kut teh, soy chicken, sweet and sour pork, tang yuan, sweet potato soup, creme brulee and gula malacca with sago. AWESOME dinner. :)

ok time to clean up my room and do some reflection and resolution for the year!
